Creator Responsibilities
If you publish AI agents or skills on Bravo.Ai, you represent and warrant that:
- You own or have the right to publish all content
- Your AI agent or skill does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights
- Your AI agent or skill does not contain malicious code or security vulnerabilities
- You will maintain and update your AI agent or skill as necessary
- You comply with all applicable laws and regulations
User Responsibilities
If you use AI agents or skills on Bravo.Ai, you agree to:
- Use them only for lawful purposes
- Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code (unless explicitly permitted)
- Not use them to create competing products or services
- Comply with any licensing terms set by the creator
8. Verification Process
Bravo.Ai uses a community-driven verification process to ensure quality. However, we do not guarantee that all AI agents and skills are free of errors, bugs, or security issues. Creators bear responsibility for their published work. Users should use AI agents and skills at their own risk and conduct their own due diligence.
9. Limitation of Liability
In no case shall Bravo.Ai, its directors, officers, employees, or agents be liable to you for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10. Accounts and Security
If you create an account on Bravo.Ai, you agree to:

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you violate any provision of these Terms or for any other reason in our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Bravo.Ai may revise these Terms at any time without notice. By continuing to use the Service after changes are posted, you agree to accept and be bound by the revised Terms. We recommend checking this page periodically for changes.
15. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bravo.Ai operates, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
